By Jonathan Blum
  Class:  III
Trip date:  3/17/2006
River flow:  2200cfs
Length:  5 miles

People:  Jonathan Blum, Paul Gamache, Daniel Brasuell
Boat:  Dagger Kingpin 6.3

We continued below the bridge from the Chamberlain Run and did the Ponderosa stretch, cause it was there.  The run was mostly Class II-III with some interesting play spots and waves.  It is in a scenic canyon, and has some nice geologic formations.

Photos coming soon.

There are a lot of slow pools and this would be a good run for a beginner to intermediate paddler.  It was nice to run for a sense of contiguity with the previous run, but probably isn’t worth running again.
