Summer in the US is back in full swing here in the Columbia River Gorge. The White Salmon is running higher than ever for this time of year and the Little White is going to be high for months to come!

I have been working on the site recently, so you'll see some new trip reports from South America, and some new ones coming in from the northwest. Also check out the South America blog. I also have an article about paddling South America's endangered rivers published in Arches magazine hitting the stands this summer. Check it out.

It is my goal to develop an online resource for paddlers that gives them up-to-date trip info on rivers all over the world, beautiful photography, and quality information about the rivers they are kayaking. This site represents a culmination of all of the whitewater paddling I have done in the past few years. As I paddle new rivers, and get info from other boaters about the rivers we are running, I will do my best to put that info up, and spread the word about whitewater kayaking.

If you have suggestions or improvements for the site, or have a story to be told, be in touch with me. I strive to get on the water as much as possible, and will try to keep the site up to date with new and interesting stories, media, and trip reports. If you like what you see, don't hesitate to drop me a line.
